Annual Certification

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires employers to provide a safe and healthy workplace for their employees. To ensure compliance, OSHA requires employers to conduct annual certification of their workplace safety and health programs. This certification includes an evaluation of workplace hazards, an assessment of employee training and education, and an analysis of workplace injury and illness records.

The purpose of this annual certification is to ensure that employers are continuously improving their safety and health programs and that their employees are protected from workplace hazards. Employers must maintain records of their annual certification and make them available to OSHA upon request. Failure to comply with OSHA regulations can result in penalties and fines.
